If you’re concerned about hypnosis you don’t have to worry, as a trained hypnotist I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do. What I can do, however, is help you relax into a deep hypnotic state, or Alpha brain wave levels, where you can do whatever YOU want to do.
With training and practice, you will be able to drop down into Alpha brain wave levels on your own. However, it is often difficult for people to enter Alpha brain wave levels without specific training or a trained hypnotherapist to help them. At the Alpha level, you will able to successfully program both your conscious and subconscious mind to think, believe, and expect whatever you want it to; and then, your body will perform that way.
If you don’t think you can be hypnotized, don’t worry. You already have been hypnotized many times in your life. The truth is that you are constantly moving from one hypnotic trance state to another, for example when you are driving versus when you are watching TV. In fact, if you are still reading this, then I’ve already successfully shifted your state with my hypnotic language patterns.
